It really depends on the size of the roast, your oven, etc... 2-3 hours-ish. I highly recommend a good meat thermometer which would help a ton! Good luck!

What the total cooking time to get to 140 degrees, so I know when it needs to go in to when I need to serve it. Looks yummy. I'll write back and let you know how it goes.

Home Depot's response...

"Dear Mr. Parucki,

Thank you for contacting The Home Depot Customer Care.

We value and appreciate your comments.

The Home Depot is extremely proud of the association that we have had with United States Olympic Committee and their talented athletes.

However, we feel the time has come to focus on our other existing sponsorships programs that are more directly linked to building our brand and to driving transactions and sales.

Thank you for contacting us.

Sincerely,

Ritesh

Going to this game was absolutely awesome! The only way it could have been better was is the Hawks had won. The experience being out in Wrigley in the winter surrounded by great sports fans was amazing. We did very much miss our friends and OBX, but it was definitely worth it. Everyone keeps telling me that it looked too cold to be out there, but it really wasn't. The weather was perfect: cold but not too cold, with perfect overcast to prevent all the funky shadows we saw on the ice during practice the day before. I wish we had curbed our drinking enthusiasm at the game and been able to revel in some of the after-game fun. Lots of people came over to Toons after the game. It would have been fun to share experiences with others after the game. But all in all it was fantastic!!!!
