(2001.10.15) so i’m sitting here, smoking a cigarette (as per usual), watching the yankees game…. i can’t believe it has been a month since i have written here. time passes so quickly. i have been ill the past coupla days…. mmmm. food poisoning. mental note: do not eat at one of those deli buffet things in times square at 130 in the morning. bad idea. spending way too much time trying, and failing, to tune my guitar to open d. where the hell is f#?? 
no matter — i seem to have lost my slide anyway. my friends leah and kata were in town last weekend…. twas nice to have some people stay over and such. tony and erica made it down here (finally) from boston that weekend as well. hey, guys? you left your wedding present here. nice going! ahem. i’m tempted to say that it is time for some updates soon, but…. at the very least, i have some pix being developed (black and white) from my trip down to the wtc. we’ll see.

since the last update… i have been travelling, travelling, travelling…. woo hoo!! i have been to nyc (a few times…), las vegas (vacation. decadence.), san jose (biz), san fran (personal), chicago (biz), austin (biz), upstate ny (twice. oh my. personal.) and a super spiffy week in duck, north carolina!! so many stories, so little time!! *phew* the duck and vegas pix will be in as soon as i transfer to the new provider…
ye (very) olde update!! ahem. i just spent the last week on a left coast tour! fun fun. business? yup. personal? yup. heh. very cathartic in many ways — for those of you that know a bit about the last year of my life… san diego. a drive up the coast… irvine. a drive back down the coast… san jose. san francisco. back to san diego. and now i sit here in my beautiful crystal city home looking outside at the rain and the clouds… ahhhh… tomorrow?? off to nyc, bay-bee!! the catharsis continues!! ha ha ha ha okie. that about covers this short update… more to come!!
